Moving to Calm - aims to give you a chance to understand and reduce bodily responses to stress. Managing stress through the Nia technique, relaxation and mindful movement, Joanna will guide you to a calmer place in your body and mind. You will leave with strategies to manage stress and build resilience.
She hopes you can join her on an exciting journey where you will be transported by the music. NIA combined moves from the martial arts, dance arts and healing arts to balance yin and yang energy to leave you feeling balanced in mind and body. It is also fantastic for mood and is my medicine! Included in the fee is refreshments and light lunch following on from the workshop.
